Consistent quality, as always

This was my third time staying at an Embassy Suites by Hilton this year, and once again, it didn't disappoint. I always appreciate the consistent quality and the spacious two-room suites. It makes traveling with family so much easier. The breakfast was good, like before, and the evening reception is a nice touch. It's why I keep coming back; I know what to expect and they deliver every time.

Stayed at a Tru, it was fine

So, I booked a Tru by Hilton for a quick weekend getaway. It was pretty chill, you know? The room was basic but clean, which is all I really needed. The lobby had a cool vibe, good for just hanging out. Not super fancy or anything, but it did the trick for a couple of nights. No complaints.

Detailed review of my Hilton stay

I recently booked an executive floor room at a Hilton Hotels & Resorts property in New York City for a business trip. The booking process on their website was straightforward; I used the Hilton Honors member rate which gave a slight discount. Check-in was smooth, though there was a small wait as only one desk agent was working. The room itself was well-maintained, clean, and the bed was comfortable. The executive lounge access was a definite plus, offering a quiet space for work and decent breakfast options. I did have a minor issue with the Wi-Fi speed on the first evening, but a call to the front desk resolved it within 30 minutes. Check-out was quick and efficient. Overall, a solid experience, delivering on the expected Hilton standard.

Good hotel, no issues.

Booked a Hampton by Hilton. Stayed for two nights. Room was clean. Breakfast was fine. No problems with check-in or check-out. Would book again if in the area.

Hey, I'm trying to book a room and I have a AAA membership. Where do I even put that in to get the discount? I don't see a regular promo code box.

You gotta look for the 'Special Rates' dropdown when you're searching for rooms. It's usually there, and you pick AAA from that list. It's not a text box like some other sites.

Yeah, it's a dropdown. They don't really do those old-school text promo codes for things like AAA or military, it's all built into their rate selector.

Thinking of booking a family trip for next summer. Any idea if Hilton allows pets at most of their hotels? Got a small dog we'd like to bring along.

It really depends on the specific hotel. I've stayed at a few DoubleTrees and HGI with my dog, but you gotta check the individual property page or call them directly. Some have fees too.

yeah, most do, but always confirm. I think some even have specific pet-friendly rooms.
